Ingredients
- ½ log 250 grams Formed Lobster, large dice
- 1 cup 250 ml Bacon, chopped
- ½ each Onion, medium dice
- 1 ½ cups 375 ml Carrots, medium dice
- 1 ½ cups 375 ml Potatoes, medium dice
- 1 each Red Pepper, medium dice
- 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1 cup 250 ml Clam Juice or Fish Stock
- ½ cup 125 ml Water
- 1 cup 250 ml Heavy Cream
- 2 cups 500 ml Milk
- 2 cups 500 ml Cream-Style Corn
- to taste Pepper
Method
- Place a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Render bacon then add vegetables; cook until slightly softened.
- Add clam juice and water; bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add lobster, cream and milk; simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add cream-style corn, heat thoroughly and serve.
