Ingredients
- 2 slices Formed Lobster
- 1 tbsp 15 ml Olive Oil
- 2 strips Bacon, cooked
- 2 slices Tomato
- ¼ cup 50 ml Mesclun Greens
- 1 tbsp 15 ml Mayonnaise, flavoured if desired
- 1 each Ciabatta Bread or desired Roll
- to taste Pepper
Method
- Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat; add oil.
- Add formed lobster slices and sear on both sides until crispy.
- Remove from heat and set aside; keep warm.
- Slice ciabatta bread in half horizontally and spread both open sides with mayonnaise.
- Place greens, tomato and bacon on the bottom bun. Add formed lobster slices and top with remaining bun.
