  • 2 slices Formed Lobster
  • 1 tbsp 15 ml Olive Oil
  • 2 strips Bacon, cooked
  • 2 slices Tomato
  • ¼ cup 50 ml Mesclun Greens
  • 1 tbsp 15 ml Mayonnaise, flavoured if desired
  • 1 each Ciabatta Bread or desired Roll
  • to taste Pepper

  • Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat; add oil.
  • Add formed lobster slices and sear on both sides until crispy.
  • Remove from heat and set aside; keep warm.
  • Slice ciabatta bread in half horizontally and spread both open sides with mayonnaise.
  • Place greens, tomato and bacon on the bottom bun. Add formed lobster slices and top with remaining bun.
